Thanks to the leadership of KCMS President-Elect Megan Edison, MD and MSMS, partnered with the voices of many Michigan physicians, Alliance members, patients and office staff, Maintenance of Certification (MOC) bills (HBs 4134, 4135) cleared the Senate Health Policy Committee. The two bills, sponsored by Rep. Edward ‘Ned’ Canfield, DO, are expected to be put before the full Senate and then put before the Governor for signing into law.
