KENT MEDICAL FOUNDATIONSupporting LocalHealth and Education ProjectsThe Kent Medical Foundation Board met in June and began the meeting by receiving an update from the Fit Kids 360 staff regarding the exciting growth in the program and the ongoing and enthusiastic involvement of Michigan State University-College of Human Medicine student volunteers.The program also received funding from annual “holiday wishes” to friends andSpectrum Health Healthier Communities which will allow continuation of their current, expandedcolleagues benefits the KMF charitable giving program. The KMF Board hopes to increase awareness and encourage early donor supportprogram. They hope to reach even students and their families with their fitness and nutrition program.In an effort to secure KMF Records and history in a more secure fashion, the KMF Board approved hiring summer interns to scan historical documents, formal minutes, and donor records.
